Flat Die Pellet Machines

Our flat die pellet machines are divided into two series, KL series, and MKL series pellet equipment. Our KL series pellet machines can make both feed pellets and wood pellets, but the ability of wood pellets is lower than that of making feed pellets. Our MKL series pellet machines have a specific design for producing wood sawdust pellets. Our pellet machines can be driven by an electric motor, diesel engine, gasoline engine, and tractor for your options.

The pellet drive is fixed with a motor with a power of RP-driven all kinds of different power. Through a drive shaft and the die roller wheels are induced to rotate. The starting material for the production of pellets, for example, sawdust is pressed by the wheels roller in the matrix. Due to the pressure and friction in the die, the starting material is heated to a temperature of 60-80 °C. As a result of pressure and temperature increase, the material connects to compressed pellets and will have high strength after cooling. Depending on the material to be pressed, an additional binder needs to be added. The diameter of the pellets is determined by the gap diameter of the die. Matrices can be purchased with the following hole diameters: 2.5mm, 4mm, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, and 12mm.

Diesel Engine Pellet Machine – KL230A can add electric start

We offer the diesel engine pellet machine – KL230A that is driven by a 22 hp diesel engine. It can not only drive feed pellets but also drive wood sawdust pellets. The size of the last pellets is 2.5-10 mm, and if you are making animal feed pellets, 2.5-4 mm is better. If you are making wood pellets, 6 and 8 mm are much better. The humidity content of the raw material should be 10%-20%. The feed capacity is 90-120kg/h, and the sawdust capacity is 50-90kg/h.
