Flat Die Pellet Machines

Our flat die pellet machines are divided into two series, KL series, and MKL series pellet equipment. The pellet drive is fixed with a motor with a power of RP-driven all kinds of different power. Through a drive shaft and the die roller wheels are induced to rotate. The starting material for the production of pellets, for example, sawdust is pressed by the wheels roller in the matrix. Due to the pressure and friction in the die, the starting material is heated to a temperature of 60-80 °C. As a result of pressure and temperature increase, the material connects to compressed pellets and will have high strength after cooling. Depending on the material to be pressed, an additional binder needs to be added. The diameter of the pellets is determined by the gap diameter of the die. Matrices can be purchased with the following hole diameters: 2.5mm, 4mm, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, and 12mm.
