Product Description

The XB horizontal one shaft shredder consists of a motor, a reducer with rigid gears, a rotary shaft, imported rotary knife, fixed knife, body, working platform, hydraulic ram, and an independent electrical control cabinet. The set knives are mounted on the frame behind the solid rotary shaft where the moving knives are bolted. The moving knives are specially designed into a four-angel shape, while blunt members could adjust the angel for recycling using. Moving knives are mounted by screws, which is convenient for future maintenance.

A hydraulic cylinder drove by hydraulic ram continuously pushes the material chamber moving back and forth to get the material multi-angle shredding. Two drive switches are equipped near the side jampans to control the movement. A screen mesh is necessary occasionally to ensure material shredded even further.

The crusher is connected with the shredder discharge mouth with a belt conveyor. When the machine is running, all the process will be kept in one line. Since PC crusher has much higher rotary speed than a shredder, the materials will be crushed into even smaller pieces (15mm). Also, we can choose different size screen mesh to control the final product size.

The shredder and crusher are all controlled by an independent electrical cabinet equipped with PLC system. The machine features start, stop, reverse operations. Also, it is equipped with automatic overload return mechanism to prevent damage to working parts.
