Another advantage to Black Ace’s split sprockets is definitely that the shaft/keyway protection is much tighter than a typical setscrew mount.

Idler Style

Hook Chain Sprockets are assembled with long-lasting Dark Ace Ball Bearings.

Multiple Sprocket Thicknesses Offered

Regular sprocket thickness is 1″, however, many circumstances may necessitate different thicknesses. Thicknesses can be found from ½” to 2″.

Heat Treatment

Hardening of sprockets is available as an option. Hardness on hardened sprockets ranges from 50-60 Rc.
