The ZQ JZQ series cylindrical gear reducer is a two-stage cylindrical gear transmission widely used in lifting and transportation machinery, mining equipment, and the general chemical industry. It has an operating temperature of -40C to +45C, an input speed not exceeding 1500 rpm, and can operate in both directions. The cylindrical gear gearbox has a wide range of applications in industries such as metallurgical machinery, mining equipment, automation equipment, food machinery, packaging equipment, and tobacco machinery.
Assembly Type
The ZQ JZQ gearbox has nine assembly types. The input shaft is conical, and the output shaft end has a cylindrical shaft extension (Z type). The gear type (CA type) and European (cross slider) coupling (F type) are also available.
Thickening Gear
The gears in this gearbox are upgraded in an all-round way, with thicker and more durable gears that provide better performance and longer service life.
Installation and Maintenance
