Product Description
The F series foot-mounted parallel shaft helical agricultural bevel gearbox is an indispensable component in a variety of mechanical systems. It is commonly used in applications such as cement, textile, food processing, beverage, chemical industry, escalator, automatic storage equipment, metallurgy, tobacco, environmental protection, logistics, and more.
The F series gearbox is highly versatile and can be easily connected with and driven by different types of motors or other kinds of input power. The same type geared motor can be adapted to optioned powers of motors. This makes it easy to realize different solutions for varied requirements.
The gearbox is highly efficient and can reach up to 95% efficiency. The efficiency of worm gear can reach 89%. It also has a large radial loading ability and an axial load ability of up to 5% of the radial load.
The housing of the gearbox is made of high-strength cast iron, while gears and shaft gears are finished with gas carburising process and precise grounding to sequentially get high capacity of per certain volume. This ensures that the gearbox is both high strength and compact in dimension.
The F series gearbox has a long service life. Under the condition of accurately selecting type size and the normal maintenance and use, main components (except those easily-disabled parts) can last for up to more than 25000 hours. Easily disabled parts include lubricating oil, oil seals, and bearings.
One of the benefits of the F series gearbox is that there is no strict limitation to the mounting arrangement. It is also fairly low noise due to the precisely machined key components, accurate assembly, and testing.
The F series gearbox is suitable for operation sites in ambient temperatures from -10 degrees to 40 degrees and altitudes up to 1000m above sea level. It can be used for both clockwise running and anti-clockwise running.
