How quickly can you provide a quote after I submit an enquiry?

For standard in-catalogue products, we typically respond with pricing and lead-time information within 1–2 working days. For custom OEM/ODM requests requiring engineering review, please allow 2–3 working days. We always aim to reply on the same business day where possible.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

MOQ varies by product category. For most standard items (roller chains, sprockets, gears) our MOQ starts at 1 piece for sample orders. For custom OEM components, MOQ is typically 10–50 pieces depending on the complexity of tooling involved. Please contact us with your specific requirements.
What are your lead times and shipping options?

Sample lead times are typically 15–25 days. Standard production orders: 30–45 days. We ship by sea freight from Shanghai or Ningbo ports, or by air express for urgent orders. We can ship DDP, FOB, CIF or EXW — please specify your preferred Incoterm when enquiring.
Can you manufacture to custom specifications or drawings?

Yes — full OEM/ODM capability is one of our core strengths. Submit your CAD drawings (DWG, DXF, STEP, PDF), technical specifications, or even a physical sample. Our engineering team will review feasibility and provide a detailed quote. We handle gear ratio calculation, material selection, heat treatment, surface finishing and assembly.
Is it possible to visit your factory before placing an order?

Absolutely. Factory visits are welcome for qualified buyers and we can arrange a virtual tour via video call at any time. To arrange an on-site visit, please contact us at least 5 business days in advance so we can prepare your itinerary. We can also provide you with a 360° virtual tour link if travel is not currently possible.
What payment terms and methods do you accept?

We accept T/T (bank wire transfer), L/C at sight, Western Union, and PayPal for smaller orders. Standard terms for new customers are 30% deposit with order, 70% balance before shipment. Established long-term customers may qualify for open-account or extended payment terms after a track record of successful orders.
